Fox & Friends has carved out a unique space in the world of weekday morning television: the popular Fox News Channel show is part news; part conservative boilerplate; part frothy entertainment; and part complete and utter absurdity. No wonder the show and its hosts, already a favorite target of Jon Stewart, were recently lampooned by SNL.
