While some people may be excited about 2012's first presidential debate for actual political reasons, Stephen Colbert, like us, is only interested in the "zingers" Mitt Romney has supposedly prepared.

Even though every cable news outlet has over-hyped the Barack Obama/Mitt Romney showdown in Denver, Colbert is still looking forward to hearing the "snaps" Romney has up his sleeve. And it's not just about the entertainment factor. He really believes that our next president needs to be fully versed in zingers:

"On day one, our new president must be able to face Iran's leader and ask him if the place where he bought that shirt also has a men's department."
