Eggs are a key ingredient in so many recipes that it's inevitable you'll end up dropping one every now and then. And it's not easy to clean up this gooey mess. So, the next time you're faced with a yolky disaster, try this tip from The Kitchn to more efficiently clean up your kitchen.

Just sprinkle some salt on the egg and let it sit for about 10 minutes. The goo will solidify, making it easy to sweep up and wipe away.
