We might all like to go galavanting around Latin America, though not many of us can. But if you're hungry for a taste of Latin America, what you can do is experience the wealth of culture these Central and South American countries have to offer in your very own kitchen. It might not sound as glamourous, but hey, at least you don't have to deal with the security lines at the airport.
