Over the past eight months on the campaign trail, GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney has repeatedly targeted President Barack Obama for not lowering unemployment to under 8 percent. It's been one of his go-to talking points as he seeks to portray the president as a poor job creator.
But now that the latest jobs report shows unemployment at only 7.8 percent, what will Romney say on the stump?
