What To Eat To Get A Good Night's Sleep

Thanks to popular culture (not to mention that infamous "Seinfeld" episode), many of us still believe certain foods -- like turkey and wine -- can put us out like a light.

But "TODAY" diet and nutrition editor Dr. Madelyn Fernstrom says getting a good night's sleep is much more about what you don't eat before you hit the hay.
