When celebrity fitness trainer and lifestyle expert Terri Walsh recently joined me on Mondays with Marlo, I just had to ask her the truth about when you should and shouldn't eat power and energy bars. According to Terri, energy bars shouldn't be eaten before or after a workout, as some people have come to believe. Instead, Terri says you should always try to eat fresh food, and use an energy bar as your last resort.
