The TAPS team headed to the Magnolia Plantation in Charleston, South Carolina on the latest installment of "Ghost Hunters." It was one of two haunted destinations they visited, which was a little disappointing for SheKnows. Their writer would have preferred the team spend more time at the beautiful Magnolia.
The Magnolia Plantation has been in the same family since 1680, and is considered "one of the most haunted locations in the country," as Reality Wanted pointed out.
During their investigation, the team had plenty of mysterious encounters. They heard music and the voice of a young girl's voice, as well as a cough and some kind of growling. One of the most distinct recordings appeared to be of a woman's voice asking, "What are you doing?"
They concluded that there was plenty of paranormal activity at the Magnolia Plantation, but they weren't able to pinpoint any particular member of the family as the likely spirit, or spirits, responsible for the activity they experienced, and has been reported.
The investigations continue on "Ghost Hunters," Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Syfy.
