Nolan Gould, 'Modern Family' Star, Graduates From High School At Age 13 (WATCH)

'Modern Family' Star WasOld When He Graduated High School? (VIDEO)

At an age when most kids are graduating from middle school, 13-year-old Nolan Gould has not only starred on a hit TV show, but also graduated from high school and is ready to start taking college classes. The recent grad stopped by "The Ellen Degeneres Show" this week to chat about his role on "Modern Family" and his impressive academic achievements.

Unlike his trouble-maker "Modern Family" character Luke Dunphy, Gould is anything but doltish. With an IQ of 150, the young actor is a member of Mensa, the largest high IQ society in the world. He's also earned popular and critical acclaim for his role in the award-winning show. Gould said in a recent interview with Celebuzz that it was "an honor and such a blessing" when the show won its third consecutive Emmy award for Best Comedy Series this year.

"As I'm driving in my limo, I'm like, 'Wait a second, I'm 13, this is my third time at the Emmys," he told Ellen. "It's like, what am I supposed to do with the rest of my life? It's kind of all downhill from now."

Clearly, Gould is a teen of many talents. Check out the video above to watch his conversation with Ellen, hear him play the banjo and watch him do the horse trot dance.

As a member of the class of 2012, Nolan is in good company -- some of our other favorite stars received their diplomas this year (Biebs also went on "Ellen" to talk about his graduation!) Click through the slideshow below to see which other celebrities graduated from high school in 2012.
