Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner keep their daughters busy.
Garner picked up her youngest daughter, Seraphina from karate class on Oct. 12, and the 3-year-old not only looked cool in her uniform, but appeared to be extremely focused. And Affleck says that's the whole reason why he enrolled the girls in the course.
In an interview with Jimmy Kimmel on Oct. 8, Affleck chatted about Violet and Seraphina's many talents, including their secret skills.
"My daughters do karate," he told Kimmel, adding, "I wouldn't call it a sport as much as I'd call it a discipline."
"They know that it's a way of peace and it's purely defensive and they would never use their powers to hurt others," he continued, "But if you tangle with them ... they'll rip your nuts off."
That's right people, don't mess with the Afflecks.
But although they're tough, the girls apparently have a great sense of humor. When Affleck called to check in the other day, Seraphina gave him a treat he wasn't expecting.
"She just got on the phone and said, 'Hey Papa, I just met you. This is crazy, call me maybe,'" Affleck told Anderson Cooper of Seraphina's love of Carly Rae Jepsen's song. "I was like, 'This is horrible, how is my three-year-old listening to the pop station?"
