This week's wardrobe malfunctions (and close calls) gave us the typical blunders but with some lethal twists. We couldn't believe our eyes the last few days. We saw a fashion flub from one of the most fashionable moms around and a Kardashian got cheeky on a patio.

Our trained eyes also caught two other near disasters in the making from a pop star legend in concert (and you can't really do worse than a stadium level malfunction) as well as a newlywed's close call with a flashing at a Chanel affair. Check out the slideshow to see our picks for who else came closest to a fashion fail.

  • Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez performed on October 7 in Madrid in that <a href="">Britney Spears-esque catsuit</a> she just can't seem to get enough of. This time, J.LO tempted the wardrobe gods by doing away with the sheer overlay on top. There were a few moments in her performance that we thought we'd thought we'd see a little too much J.LO, but the snug fit of the catsuit (and maybe some help from her <a href="">Spanx</a>) kept her body in check.

  • Kate Hudson

Kate Hudson can't really do anything wrong in our book style-wise. The 33-year-old mom can even rock major cleavage without looking too over-exposed. But when we saw her arrive at amfAR's Inspiration Gala on October 11 in Hollywood, we got a little worried that her plunging gown would reveal too much. This ensemble must have required <em>a lot</em> of double-sided tape and strategic maneuvering...

  • Blake Lively

Actress Blake Lively attended the <a href="">Chanel Bijoux de Diamant 80th Anniversary </a>in New York City in a gray silk <a href="">Chanel</a> dress and seemed to be overjoyed about it. In addition to wearing her new <a href="">ring bling</a>, she told reporters, <a href="">"The dress is actually made of jewelry."</a> As she flipped her hair everywhere and twirled around in her <a href="">"Disney princess dress,"</a> we couldn't help but worry she would flash more than some bling. Wearing a backless <em>and</em> cleavage-bearing dress is risky, but Blake did so gracefully without a malfunction. Great job, Blake!

  • Annika Marks

Annika Marks arrived to the Los Angeles premiere of "The Sessions" in California in a dress that almost showed off a bit too much d├ęcolletage. She probably had to hold in her breath the whole time to prevent her self from busting out of it. That couldn't have been comfortable. Next time, Annika, take a breather and you won't have to teeter so close to wardrobe malfunction territory.

  • Antonia Campbell-Hughes

Antonia Campbell-Hughes could have revealed more than just her <a href="">"dramatic" weight loss </a>at the "Frankenweenie" premiere in London -- the sheer dress had blue lace covering her lady bits, but, on a windy day, a slip could have happened at any moment. This was definitely a close call!

  • Cory Kennedy

Party girl Cory Kennedy attended the Absolut Tune Launch Party in New York City in a look that showed off her underwear. The look was definitely provocative, but perhaps it would be better-suited at an event without bright lights and lively dancing. That's a lethal combination for a girl in a sheer top, Cory!

  • Dania Ramirez

Actress Dania Ramirez attended Tacori's unveiling of its "City Lights"Jewelry Collection in California in a seriously low cut dress that showed off quite a bit of her <a href="">rocking bod</a>. We're not sure if she was posing her arm in front of her chest to display the ring or hide her other jewels that were dangerously close to being all on display.

  • Galilea Montijo

Mexican actress Galilea Montijo attended Cosmopolitan Magazine's 40th Anniversary celebration in Mexico City in a revealing dress. The show host and funny girl known for her barely-there wardrobe and feminine shape (like another well known <a href="" target="_hplink">Mexican beauty</a>), but she looked a bit awkward in this get-up. Maybe because bras are not intended to be visible under your clothes?
