Some people have a home gym and others have a home theater. Zak Bagans goes one better: He has his own dungeon.
The star of the Travel Channel series "Ghost Adventures" has a private dungeon underneath his home that he has decorated with real human skulls and other artifacts he's collected over the years.
"I collect a lot of cursed objects," he said. "That's probably why I have a lot of problems."
One such artifact is a human skull that Bagans keeps under glass. He said the spirits that haunt his dungeon had a strange reaction when he brought it down.
"The exact time that I put it in here I got [mysteriously] dragged up to my bed," he said.
Other highlights in this den of doom include the teeth that actor Gary Oldman wore in "Bram Stoker's Dracula." He loves the film so much that it's the only movie allowed to be shown in the dungeon's concrete wall.
The idea of living in a haunted place might scare some people, but Bagans thrives on the paranormal activity and even encourages it.
"I like to 'dungeonize' things," he said. "I know this is legitimately haunted so, sometimes, I'll just put objects down here and when I take them out, it's like they've been 'dungeonized.'"
