Ryan Gosling Surprises Deaf Kids At Charity Event

Ryan Gosling took a break from filming his latest flick in Austin, Texas, to melt our hearts for the jabillionth time.

The “Drive” star left the set of his still untitled Terrence Malick movie on Saturday to make a surprise cameo at a charity event for the Texas School for the Deaf.

“We knew that Ryan was in town, and he’s been on streets around campus often so we were just pipe dreaming (and look what happened!),” Anne Adams, executive director of the school’s foundation, told the Washington Post.

The heartthrob showed up to the organization’s Spooky Skedaddle 5K, an annual charity run, with co-stars Michael Fassbender and Rooney Mara in tow, according to Celebuzz.

Gosling played a role in both raising about $20,000, according to the Post, and in getting supporters even more revved up for the event.

"Ryan was extremely kind, allowing lots of photo ops with fans and when the director told him, 'Enough,' he said, 'No, one more,' and pulled a small deaf child out of the line for a picture,” Adams told E!. "Ryan is a wonderful person and we were delighted that they came!"
