Leo Henry Green II Charged With Rape Of 13-Year-Old Girl In University Of Montana Student Housing

13-Year-Old Allegedly Raped In Montana Student Housing

Eighteen-year-old Missoula, Mont., resident Leo Henry Green II has been charged with felony sexual assault for the alleged rape of a 13-year-old female during three-way sex with Green's girlfriend, Tatyona Marie Northcutt, in Northcutt's University of Montana dorm room, according to the school's student newspaper, the Kaimin.

A criminal complaint against Green says police arrested him just after 5:00 a.m. Saturday in university housing. Northcutt told police that she heard Green and the girl kissing in her dorm room and attacked Green when she realized the two were having sex. She said the girl ran from the room wearing only a blanket.

Police found the girl, identified only as Jane Doe in the report, sleeping naked and wrapped in a blanket in the front seat of a nearby car. According to the report, the girl said Northcutt approached her during a party in the residence hall and asked her to join a threesome. The girl told police Northcutt grew jealous at some point and began fighting Green.

She said she fled to the car when she couldn't separate Northcutt and Green. She also told police Green knew her age.

According the Missoulian, Green denied knowing the girl's real age but “claimed he thought Doe was 14 or 15 years old (and) admitted she was too young to consent to have sex,” according to the affidavit.

Green was arraigned Monday morning and ordered held on $75,000 bail. Northcutt was charged with misdemeanor partner family assault, and was released from jail on bond, the Missoulian reports.
