Obama's Promises To The Latino Community

President Barack Obama cruised to reelection Wednesday night with the Latino vote playing a key role in his victory. According to exit polls, Obama won some 70 percent of the Latino vote, which inched up to 10 percent of the total electorate from 9 percent four years ago.
