Could there be more trouble for Charlie Sheen?
Los Angeles police are currently investigating allegations that the actor threatened to kill a man who claims to be a former associate of Sheen's, reports TMZ.
According to an Oct. 18 police report filed with the LAPD, the man says he fears for his life, and is afraid the 47-year-old actor is intent on murdering him with a semi-automatic shotgun, because of a text message Sheen allegedly sent to a mutual friend.
Sources told TMZ the man had a bad falling out with Sheen recently, and became afraid after he discovered the actor sent a text to a woman that read,"I'll blow his head off with my Super 90." Another source close to Sheen brushed off the accusations, telling the website the accuser is a "dishonorably discharged military person with multiple probation violations who is trying to shake him down for money."
News of the accusation come a week after reports that the troubled actor is back to his hard-partying ways. After telling Rolling Stone he's no longer sober earlier this year, RadarOnline reports that Sheen is snorting cocaine and smoking crack on a daily basis.
An insider close to Sheen told the website that for the last eight months, the actor has been having a quarter to half an ounce of cocaine delivered to him each day and was spending nearly $2,000 a day on his drug habit.
Reps for the actor have denied allegations of drug use.
