Well, that didn't last long.

Kat Von D has announced that she and DJ Deadmau5 have called it quits after dating for about two months. The tattoo artist took to Twitter today (Nov. 10) to share the news, saying, "Man, Can't say I didn't give it my best."

"Man, I sure was wrong," she added. "But at least he made it a no-brainer to break that off. Lesson Learned."

Von D, 30, and Deadmau5 (real name Joel Zimmerman), 31, met at a party and confirmed their relationship in mid-September. The "L.A. Ink" star was previously engaged to Sandra Bullock's ex Jesse James, but finally called off their on-again off-again relationship last fall.

"Now, we can get all of the 'I told you so's' outta the way ... And move on," Von D continued on Twitter, finally adding, "Clarification: Deadmau5 and I are no longer together."

So what does Deadmau5 think of their break up?

"Going to spend a little while screwing my head back on. i guess im not cut out for relationships right now," he wrote on his Facebook page. "And that's all i really wan't to dwell on it right now. ill figure it out. no hard feelings."

"It happened too fast, i lost my balance and fell into a familiar dark place that im having difficulty with," the DJ added on Twitter, "she deserves someone stronger."
