Riley Cooper Touchdown Catch: Eagles WR Makes One-Handed Grab Against Cowboys (GIF/VIDEO)

WATCH: Eagles Receiver's One-Handed Touchdown Catch

When Eagles wide receiver Riley Cooper rose above Cowboys cornerback Morris Claiborne early in the first quarter to snag a high throw from Michael Vick, it looked like it was going to be a good night for Philadelphia.

It wasn't. But one of the few highlights for the reeling Eagles capped Philadelphia's first possession of the game. Before leaving the game with a concussion, Vick led the offense on a 10-play drive that was capped by a phenomenal touchdown catch by Cooper. On 3rd and goal from the 2-yard line, Vick dropped back and lofted a fade pass to Cooper in single coverage to his left. Claiborne blanketed Cooper but couldn't stop him.

The athletic wideout jumped up and managed to catch the ball with his left hand only and kept his feet in bounds for the touchdown.

Cooper's catch put the Eagles up 7-0 early, but everything came crumbling down after Vick got knocked out of the game with a concussion in the second quarter. Backup quarterback Nick Foles entered the game and gave the Eagles a 14-10 lead with 44-yard touchdown pass to Jeremy Maclin, but they couldn't hold on.

Dallas went on to return a punt, interception and a fumble all for touchdowns en route to a 38-23 win.
