Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor stopped by "Sesame Street" to hang out with Abby Cadabby and tell young viewers all about the word "career."

Like many young girls, Abby knows just what she wants to be when she grows up -- a princess. But a career is "a job you train for, or prepare for and plan on doing for a long time," according to Sotomayor, who tells Abby that "pretending to be a princess is fun, but it is definitely not a career."

While Kate Middleton may disagree, when Abby thinks about it, she agrees that being a princess really isn't a job. Luckily, there are many careers a girl can have that are far more interesting than being a mere figurehead and furthering the outdated concept of a monarchy:

"Well, you can go to school and train to be a teacher, a lawyer, a doctor, an engineer, and even a scientist," Sotomayor explains when Abby asks what types of careers are available to girls like her.

Like the rest of us, Abby is pretty impressed with Sotomayor's very important job as a United States Supreme Court justice. She eventually decides she wants to trade in her tiara for a gavel, which hopefully will inspire other young girls to do the same.
