It's a sad day for Bradley Cooper.

Today, Nov. 13, is the 37-year-old actor's last day as People's "Sexiest Man Alive," as the magazine will announce its 2012 winner tomorrow. (Hey there, Channing Tatum).

So, how does Cooper plan on letting go of his reign? Well, believe it or not, there's a therapy session for all the past titleholders -- and it's run by none other than Matt Damon.

"This is a very important day in your life for another reason. This is the last official day of your reign unless you somehow repeat," Matt Lauer told Cooper on the "Today Show" this morning, not letting the "Silver Linings Playbook" star forget the not-so-happy occasion.

That's when Cooper revealed that all of the sexiest men "decompress" in a suburban Midwest town and face their hunky issues head on.

"I think it was instituted back with [George] Clooney, but there's a whole decompression you go through," Cooper joked with Lauer, who was curious as to how the past winners are able to pass on the torch. "After this, I get whisked away to somewhere in Wisconsin, and they talk me down for about a week."

"Somehow I don't think it's you alone in this room," Lauer interjected.

"I think Matt Damon runs it now," Cooper replied.

We'd sure love to be in that room...
