As if the emotional stress of a crumbling marriage isn't enough, many divorcés also find themselves in dire financial straits long after the legal proceedings have been finalized. We often assume that the rich and famous are immune to the money troubles so-called "regular" people must deal with -- but that isn't always the case.
Recently, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Brandi Glanville opened up to the New York Post about her financial struggles since splitting with actor Eddie Cibrian in 2009. The mother of two was in her late 30s when she was forced to ask her father to co-sign a lease on a modest-sized home outside of Los Angeles.
