Olivia Wilde is hightailing it out of Hollywood and headed to the Big Apple.

The "House M.D." actress listed her Los Feliz pad in Los Angeles, Calif. for $2.495 million last week, which coincides perfectly with another big life change: moving in with actor-boyfriend Jason Sudeikis.

Wilde just bought a two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit in downtown Manhattan. At $3.225 million and 1,950 square feet, Zillow notes that it's a lot pricier (and smaller) than the Spanish Villa she's leaving behind in LA. But hey -- anything for true love.

In addition to Sudeikis, rescue pup Paco makes the third housemate. In an interview with USA Today, she gave readers a peek into her domestic bliss.

"I've been decorating our new apartment," said Wilde to USA Today. "I'm so domestic. We have a cool new electronic drum kit. It's a good life."

Her Los Feliz home was built in 1929 and has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a waterfall spa. The grounds also include a gazebo, and the home's interior boasts original Malibu tile, stained glass and wrought iron details.

Wilde had bought the home back in March 2011, around the same time that she listed the Venice home she once shared with filmmaker husband Tao Ruspoli. He and Wilde split in 2011 after 8 years of marriage.
