Psychiatrist Dr. Gail Saltz shared her advice on overcoming procrastination when she joined me on Mondays With Marlo. If there is something you need to do and you're not doing it, you must have a conflict about it. Write down what is preventing you from getting things done, so you can consciously evaluate how valid the reasons are. Make another list with baby steps to start moving in the right direction and get your tasks completed.
