Toni Braxton's Foreclosed Atlanta Home Is Under Contract (PHOTOS)

Poor Toni...

Toni Braxton’s heart definitely can’t be unbroken now. The singer’s foreclosed Georgia mansion is now under contract.

According to TMZ, the home has been put on the market for a cool $1.1 million. But Atlanta Journal Constitution confirmed with listing agent Patel Real Estate Group that the seven-bedroom home is actually pending sale -- but the buyer is unknown.

The Duluth abode was purchased by the singer in 2004 for a reported $2 million. She lost the home when she filed bankruptcy in 2010.

In addition to the seven bedrooms, Wells Fargo, which currently owns the property, states the estate has a gourmet kitchen, three-car garage and a huge deck overlooking the backyard. According to TMZ this is Braxton’s second home to be foreclosed.
