Holidays can be especially difficult for those who have lost a child. In order to keep your child's memory alive, psychiatrist Dr. Gail Saltz advised creating a memorial during the holidays and involving your family members. Dr. Saltz also suggested having a small ceremony to honor your child and not feel guilty about celebrating the holiday with those who are still with you when she joined me on Mondays With Marlo.
