So you've probably already heard that Vice President Joe Biden is coming to "Parks and Recreation" this week (Thurs., Nov. 15, 9:30 p.m. ET on NBC), but there's something even more epic happening: April (Aubrey Plaza) is finally getting excited about work, and Leslie (Amy Poehler) isn't pleased.
