Anyone can lose weight, but maintaining weight loss is the hard part. When Ellie Krieger nutritionist and host of The Cooking Channel's "Healthy Appetite" met with me on Mondays With Marlo, she gave three simple tips for dropping pounds and keeping them off:
- Eat more vegetables --fill half of your plate with veggies at lunch and dinner
- Don't drink your calories -- drink water and other non-caloric beverages
- Be active -- do something that raises your heart rate every day
