Ellie Krieger, nutritionist and host of The Cooking Channel's "Healthy Appetite", told me that her favorite fall comfort foods were soups when she joined me on Mondays With Marlo. The best part is, they can be so healthy! You should avoid creamy soups, but you can achieve a creamy feel by cooking butternut squash or pumpkin with onions and then pureeing it in the blender.
