Human Barbie is as fake as her plastic inspiration, a website claims—and the accusations aren't based on the rumors that Valeria Lukyanova has had plastic surgery.

TheDirty.com claims Lukyanova, the Ukrainian Internet sensation known commonly as the "human Barbie," uses PhotoShop to make her appear more like the doll she strives to be.

As evidence for this accusation, the site posts a video (shown above) recently uploaded by Lukyanova in which she looks very different from many of her photos that can be seen on the model's Facebook page.

"Her videos aren’t photoshopped. Does she still look the same?" the site asks. "Not only are her looks fake/photoshopped this girl is also mentally insane."

In the video, Lukyanova speaks about why her head is often tilted. To hear the model tell it, it's because her neck is too thin and fragile to support her head.

The Daily Mail reports that this isn't the first time Lukyanova has been accused of using PhotoShop to achieve her jaw-dropping look. She's also been faced with reports that she's gotten plastic surgery to obtain and keep her incredibly slim figure. Lukyanova denies both charges.

"I'm happy I seem unreal," Lukyanova said in a post on her Facebook page. "It means I'm doing a good job."
