Iyanla Vanzant Confronts a Distrustful Husband

On the November 24 episode of "Iyanla: Fix My Life," relationship expert Iyanla Vanzant heads to Minneapolis, Minnesota, to help a woman, Nicole, who says she feels worthless as a wife and mother. Nicole is struggling to save her second marriage and pull her blended family together.

When Iyanla finally sits down with the strained couple, she says she feels a tremendous sense of distrust coming from Nicole's husband. "When the trust is not there, then everything becomes distorted," she tells him.

In response, he tells Iyanla that he feels she is mocking him for TV ratings.

Iyanla reminds him that his wife invited her to their home -- and Nicole says she asked Iyanla to come because the family needs to change.

Finally, Nicole's husband challenges Iyanla to have the TV crew leave so that the three of them can talk. Iyanla doesn't even flinch. She asks the crew to leave.

Now the question is: Does Iyanla succeed in helping this troubled marriage?
