"Seinfeld" star Michael Richards has landed his first regular TV role in over a decade, Deadline is reporting.
The man best known to television audiences as Kramer has signed on to co-star in Kirstie Alley's new TV Land pilot "Giant Baby," which -- if picked up to series -- will see Richards playing a limo driver for Alley's Broadway star, Maddie Banks. Alley's "Cheers" co-star Rhea Perlman will play Maddie's assistant and best friend, while Gilles Marini could potentially recur as her chef.
The story involves Maddie's simple life being disrupted when the son she gave up for adoption, Arlo (Eric Petersen), shows up looking to connect after the death of his adopted mother.
