Foods That Lower Cholesterol, From Joy Bauer (WATCH)

You don't necessarily have to take statins to lower your cholesterol. Health and nutrition expert Joy Bauer suggested eating pistachio nuts, which contain a compound called plant sterols that help to absorb bad cholesterol. During our chat on Mondays With Marlo, Joy also told me that these plant cholesterols can also be found in spreads and pills, like Nature Made's CholestOff.
