Lindsay Lohan Selling Her Own Clothes For Cash?

It involves selling the clothes off her own back.

In the never-ending news story that is Lindsay Lohan's life, here's the latest: the troubled starlet is selling the clothes off her own back to bring in some quick cash.

RadarOnline.com has the "exclusive" story that Lindsay sent her younger sister, Ali, to vintage shop Wasteland with a large haul of designer duds including Chanel shoes and a Balenciaga bag. But when Ali tried selling the goods to the store manager, apparently she was offered a much lower price than expected:

"Thirty dollars for these? They cost $700!" The source says Ali could be heard shrieking. "This is ridiculous!"

Shrieking. This must have been real dramatic.

Of course we don't know if this whole thing is true. But Lilo certainly wouldn't be the first celeb to sell her own clothes -- Kim Kardashian launched an eBay sale to unload dozens of designer pieces (with a portion of the proceeds going to her church).

Not to mention Lindsay has been having some money issues these days. The Internal Revenue Service recently froze the 26-year-old's accounts, as she reportedly owes $234,000 in unpaid taxes from 2009 and 2010 and may also owe money for 2011. An insider told The Huffington Post, "Her finances are in a mess... She lives very large, staying at the best hotels and traveling first-class. All the money she earns she spends, and then when it comes to taxes, she has nothing left. Right now, she is desperate to find a paying gig to just get this burden off her back."

While she waits for that paying gig to come around, it wouldn't be the worst idea to empty out her closet out for a quick infusion of cash.

It's probably better than taking a loan from Charlie Sheen.
