Obama Receives Concession Call From Mitt Romney (PHOTO)

Posted: Updated:

There's now a photo of the moment the 2012 presidential election ended. The White House has released a shot of President Barack Obama, in Chicago, receiving a concession phone call from Republican challenger Mitt Romney on election night last month. Romney was initially slow to concede after network projections showed Obama winning. When he did, the room Obama was in must have been loud, as he's shown covering his right ear as he talks on a cell phone.

Obama and Romney met recently at the White House, another moment immortalized by a single photo released by the White House.
