When health and nutrition expert Joy Bauer, visited me on Mondays With Marlo, she told me that fatty fish are the best food source to get vitamin D from. Salmon and sardines are not only loaded with Omega 3s, they're also chock full of vitamin D. Joy suggested that you try to eat these types of fish three or four times per week if you're deficient in vitamin D.
