Giuliana Rancic Talks Texting At The Movie Theater, Dental Hygiene For HuffPost's #nofilter

These days, our knowledge of celebrities too often originates with paparazzi images and snarky quotes by anonymous "insiders." After a while, it's easy to forget that stars are real people. That's why HuffPost Celebrity decided to launch its all-new #nofilter quick-fire question and answer series. Because how well do you know someone until they've shared their guiltiest pleasures?

Giuliana Rancic perhaps said it best when she told the TODAY show, "Great things can come out of the darkest time in your life." The E! News anchor suffered a very public miscarriage and battled infertility in 2011, before beating out cancer and welcoming her first child, Edward Duke, with husband Bill Rancic this year. Now, Giuliana and Bill have launched a nationwide campaign called "Healthy Futures" to educate expectant parents about the value of cord blood stem cells. As a result, our team at HuffPost Celebrity began theorizing that there's nothing this woman can't do. We put her to up to the test with an off-the-cuff Q&A session. Turns out, she tackled our questions with the same level of guts and conviction.

Who jumps up first when the baby cries, you or Bill?
It really depends on who has what schedule that day. If he flies in late, then I jump up. Heres the thing with Bill and I -- if you put your marriage first, then your kids can only benefit from that. There is nothing better than children seeing their parents happy. We are so in love with eachother and are all about taking care of eachother, so if he's tired, I just jump in.

Finish this sentence: Married life is ...
Even better than I could have imagined. The greatest thing in the world.

True or false: Women can have it all -- a career, a baby, a happy marriage.
Wow, that is a seriously great question. True, but with compromise. Definitely with compromise.

What shows are always on your DVR?
Anything with the name Kardashian in it. I love them! I'm friends with them and I think everything they're doing is so great. Also "The Voice." I love "The Voice."

What's your guiltiest pleasure?
Beauty pageants. I used to pray every night that I would become Miss USA. That was my prayer -- that my parents would live forever, and that I would be Miss USA. I'm hosting the pageant now, and Andy Cohen makes fun of me all of the time. "You're obsessed! Maybe you didn't win it ever, but hey, at least you're hosting!" he always says. And he's totally right!

Do you ever text in the movie theater?
Yes, and I got yelled at last time because the guy could see the light! I was like, "Come on! You can't be serious right now!"

How do you feel about scooped-out bagels.
Heres the thing, I want to love that concept, but im more of a dough girl -– so really, I need the opposite. All dough, no crust. Is that a thing?

How many times a day do you brush your teeth/floss
Bill would tell you not enough.

Wait, really?
I'm trying to get better! I brush my teeth twice a day, morning and night, and yes, I do floss. My husband makes fun of me though, because he's obsessed with flossing. I will say this ... in all my years, I've never had a cavity, and he can’t say that!

Congratulations on that!
I'm Italian, and we believe people can over clean. Too much of anything is never a good thing, right? Twice a day is plenty!
