Police in Florida are searching for 2-year-old Miley George, who they believe was kidnapped last week by her father.
Tilly George, Miley's mother, told detectives that the girl's father, Archie Yobnovich, took their daughter for a walk at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Friday and never returned. George and Yobnovich are no longer romantically involved, police say.
A police spokesperson said that police do not suspect Yobnovich has physically harmed his daughter.
"We don't believe the child is in any type of eminent danger," Twis Lizasuain of the Osceola County Sheriff told The Huffington Post.
Tilly George is Miley's primary caretaker.
"[Yobnovich] wants the child with him," Lizasuain added. "[George] has custody of the daughter, and has always had custody."
The father and daughter are possibly traveling in a white 2007 four-door Ford F-150 with an Illinois license plate, CFNews reports. Police believe that Yobnovich could be headed for Chicago, where he has relatives.
According to WDBO: "When she was taken, George was wearing a white shirt, pajama pants with pink and blue butterflies, and brown boots with a fur accent."
