Unless you have a legitimate excuse, wearing sunglasses indoors makes you look a little silly.
It also makes it difficult to see your boyfriend, requiring that you lean thisclose to his face just to see that he's there. Such was the case with Mary-Kate Olsen, the 26-year-old designer with the 42-year-old boyfriend, Olivier Sarkozy. The pair hit up a Knicks game (their favorite type of date) and split their time between cheering on the players and nuzzling their faces up against one another with only the plastic of Mary-Kate's sunnies separating them.
So romantic, these two -- and so PDA-inclined. The pair has been seen out and about plenty even as the tabloids dog them and critics voice their skepticism. "Everyone has an opinion," Mary-Kate told WSJ. magazine recently. "I find it's better to focus on what's in front of you and to keep putting one foot in front of the other."
Sounds fair enough. Just be careful to walk slowly, seeing as wearing sunglasses indoors makes it hard to see.
