On Sunday night, some of the most powerful women in the pop music world came out to perform on VH1 Divas and to celebrate one of the most legendary divas of all time, Whitney Houston. Two of our favorite stars, Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato, were among the female singers who performed at the concert -- and they both gave stellar showings.
Demi delivered a dynamite performance of her feel-good pop anthem "Give Your Heart A Break" that got the crowd on their feet, dancing and singing along. Miley's performance, on the other hand, couldn't have had a more different vibe. Decked out in black studded leather and chains, Miley Cyrus performed Billy Idol's 1983 rock classic "Rebel Yell." Miley's showstopping performance pulled out all the stops, with powerful vocals, leather pants, a crotch grab and even crowdsurfing.
The two young divas took to Twitter after the show to offer each other words of congratulation and encouragement.
