Miu Miu Spring 2013 Ads Feature Adriana Lima & Doutzen Kroes (PHOTOS)

We love seeing our favorite Victoria's Secret Angels strip away the bronzer and glitter and slip into some high fashion for a change (we're looking at you, Candice!). For Miu Miu's spring 2013 campaign, Doutzen Kroes and Adriana Lima posed in long-sleeved jackets and knee-length skirts and gave their best faraway, high fashion gazes.

Miu Miu described the Inez and Vinoodh-shot ads to Women's Wear Daily with the phrases "muted tones” and “painterly light,” things we don't typically associate with Doutzen and Adriana. But to the models' credit, they pull off the transition with aplomb and are total naturals alongside Malgosia Bela, Bette Franke, Martha Hunt, Arizona Muse and Tamara Weijenberg.

It's almost as impressive as the time Adriana and Alessandra Ambrosio walked the Louis Vuitton Fall 2010 runway in Paris. Now that was one place we never though we'd see them.
