Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore Divorce: Actor Files For Divorce From Wife

Ashton Kutcher Files For Divorce From Demi Moore

Thirteen months after splitting, Ashton Kutcher has filed for divorce from estranged wife Demi Moore. TMZ reports that the "Two and a Half Men" star officially signed divorce documents Friday at the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Kutcher cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.

Moore announced she would be filing for divorce from Kutcher on Nov. 17, 2011, amid tabloid reports that Kutcher had cheated on her with a 22-year-old woman. No court documents were filed in the following months, leaving some to speculate that the former couple were bickering over money or never actually married. But according to a source for TMZ, Kutcher was waiting for Moore to initiate the divorce proceedings.

Moore, 50, and Kutcher, 34, were together for eight years; they married in September 2005, despite a well-documented 16-year age difference. Kutcher has since publicly moved on with his former "That '70s Show" co-star Mila Kunis.
