Diane Sawyer Style Evolution: The Original Broadcast Babe (PHOTOS)

Those iconic bouncy blowouts are unmatched.

A lifelong fan of deep parts and bouncy blowouts, Diane Sawyer has looked consistently flawless since she stepped into the spotlight as a local weather forecast girl in the late 1960s. The Kentucky native held jobs in Washington government offices in the '70s, before returning to television as a reporter. Sawyer has managed to stay in America's living rooms for over three decades by snagging prominent hosting gigs on news programs like "60 Minutes," "Primetime Live," "20/20" and "Good Morning America". While Sawyer's beauty look is always on point, so is her taste for white button-down oxford shirts, trench coats and sheath dresses.

As Sawyer turns 67 on December 22nd, we're taking a look back at some of her best style moments.
