Warren Buffett is not worried about the impending fiscal cliff, so we can all probably calm down now.

In an interview with BBC Radio 4 Friday morning, the "Oracle Of Omaha" proclaimed: "We're a rich country. It can be solved... We'll be able to overcome this problem. America has faced a lot tougher problems than this one. We'll get it solved."

It's nice to hear Buffett's optimistic words as fiscal cliff discussions devolve into shouting and panic.

Lawmakers are meeting with President Obama Friday afternoon in an attempt to avert the impending tax increases and spending cuts that will kick in on January 1. With only three days left and no deal in sight, time is, indeed, running out.
