Watch out, Jay -- Javier is back in town.

Benjamin Bratt is set to return to "Modern Family" this season, reprising his role as Manny's (Rico Rodriguez) father -- the charismatic Javier Delgado -- HuffPost TV has learned exclusively.

Gloria's (Sofia Vergara) overachieving ex will return in the spring, with a precise airdate yet to be confirmed. While we don't know much about his storyline thus far, it's safe to assume that he'll have some thoughts on Gloria and Jay's (Ed O'Neill) new arrival.

In the meantime, Bratt can be seen in the series finale of "Private Practice" on Jan. 22, along with guest stars Diane Farr, Audra McDonald and Sarah Ramos.

"Modern Family" airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. EST on ABC.
