If you've got some spare change and are looking to purchase an upscale home, try giving Madonna a ring.

The queen of pop's Beverly Hills mansion is on sale for a crisp $22.5 million, the Los Angeles Times reports. Madonna, 54, has owned the home for about a decade, and during her time there she is reported to have done extensive remodeling.

Living up to Madonna's old Material Girl moniker, the gated estate sits on 1.25 acres of land and includes a nine-bedroom house, two guest houes, a swimming pool, tennis court, gym, theater and a 500-foot tree-lined driveway.

The property can be found in the Multiple Listing Service.

The news comes less than two months after Madonna listed her 6,000-square-foot townhouse on New York City's Upper West Side for $32.5 million. As far as we know, the singer is still retaining her 13-bedroom, $40 million townhouse on the Upper East Side.

We just hope this means Madonna will still have enough homes to go to. She might want to be slightly less open about her residential addresses, though, if only to ward off stalkers.
