Sitting And Your Health: You May Move More Than You Think (VIDEO)

Think you spend too much time sitting? You may move more than you think.

That was Dr. James Levine's surprising finding on a recent "experiment" highlighted on TODAY.

While we know that sitting can increase a person's risk for heart attack, stroke and even death, even concerned desk jockeys may be moving more than they realize.

Levine lent movement tracking devices to co-host Natalie Morales, a TODAY producer and a restaurant worker to monitor their daily steps, as shown in the clip above. Click over to TODAY to see Levine's analysis of their results.
