In part one of his no-holds-barred interview with Oprah Winfrey, which aired January 17 on OWN and Oprah.com, Lance Armstrong admitted to using banned substances to enhance his cycling performance.

"You win the Tour de France seven times," Armstrong told Winfrey. "You have a happy marriage. You have children. I mean, it's just this mythic perfect story, and it wasn't true... I'll spend the rest of my life trying to earn back trust and apologize to people."

"Oprah and Lance Armstrong: The Worldwide Exclusive" continues January 18 on OWN and Oprah.com. In this sneak preview, Winfrey asks Armstrong about his ego, the sponsors who pulled out after reports were released on his doping allegations, and more.

Among the career low points Armstrong recounts to Winfrey: "Nike called. They're out. That was a $75-million dollar day."

Watch part two of Oprah's interview with Lance Armstrong on Friday, Jan. 18, starting at 9 p.m. ET on OWN. The interview will be simultaneously streamed LIVE worldwide on Oprah.com.
