Michigan Unemployment 2012: Rate Holds Steady At End Of Year

(LANSING, Mich.) -- Michigan ended 2012 with no change in its unemployment rate, a report released Thursday by the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget revealed.



The report said that in December, Michigan had an unemployment rate of 8.9 percent, the same as it was in November.



The national unemployment rate also remained steady at 7.8 percent from November to December.
