Now that he's gained some weight back since dropping 50 pounds for his role in "Dallas Buyers Club," Matthew McConaughey is starting to look like himself again ... or at least he was.
The 43-year-old actor debuted a shorter new hairdo while promoting his film "Mud" during the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah on Saturday. Instead of sporting his long curls, McConaughey showed off a cropped haircut, which we must say, makes him look years younger.
As does the 25 pounds he's packed back on since wrapping his current gig as HIV patient Ron Woodroof. The new dad -- who welcomed his third child, son Livingston, with wife Camila Alves in December -- told People that although he's still not at his goal weight, he gets healthier with each passing day.
"I have less [physical] leverage, but my mind is way sharper," McConaughey revealed, adding, "I was 135 pounds and now I'm up to 160 pounds, so I'm done with that and on my way back."
