TASTEMAKERS -- Chef Alain Allegretti of Bistro la Promenade and Azure is at it again. He's not only made a lobster salad (with mustard potatoes, haricots vert, tomato coulis and asparagus) that's so pretty we're not sure if we want to eat it or frame it. He's also made a zucchini pound cake (topped with pine nut brittle and olive oil gelato!) that we can't stop thinking about. We're not sure how much more we can take before we make our way (or run) to one of his restaurants.
